The CPA-accredited Lean Financial Services certification programme is the first of its kind in the world and will empower financial services personnel to initiate and implement process efficiencies and improve quality standards through the application of ‘Lean Thinking’. Lean Thinking is a process developed by Toyota in the 1990\'s to streamline business, reduce costs and eliminate waste and correctly implemented will transform the way an organization does business and help them build a competitive edge.
